Delicious burgers, cheap pitchers, laid back atmosphere. You can catch a game, or sit outside. Dog friendly! Plenty of parking directly across the street at the beach.

The burgers here are worth the wait (and the cost). It’s a little pricey, cost me $16 for a burger, fries, and a coke. They also only take cash so come prepared. But I would do it all again in a heartbeat- if my heart doesn’t stop beating from the impact. Everything was fresh and tasty. Got a double burger with provolone and jalapeño. After you eat, walk across the street to Manatee Beach - one of the nicest beaches in Florida.

Burgers are awesome and the place has a friendly laid-back atmosphere. Great place for a few afternoon beers and something to eat.

Place order inside at the bar. Find a seat and wait. Pricey for a soft drinks...only comes in bottles. The bottle is given to you when you order, no matter how long you have to wait for your food. Beer comes in a pitcher or $1 draft.Sides are extra.Only takes cash.

My wife loves this joint, so we go. Nice people. No posted prices, so it's different every time, even though we order the exact same thing each time. Food is unevenly cooked each time. One day the fries are burned, the next the onion rings are burned. Burgers are super greasy, but pretty good. We live nearby year round so we come here at least once a week. The negative things I've said are not enough to keep us from coming. I like the ambiance more than anything, though placing orders at the bar can be a challenge when they're busy.

We've been trying to get here for a while. Heard about it form back home. Listen, this is a beer and burger place a quick walk from the beach. If you're looking for shrimp scampi, please go elsewhere. We had burgers and Crunchy onion rings. Both were very good. The burgers were not huge but included lettuce tomato and onion and choice of cheese. (Small upcharge for other than American, Swiss for me) Mayo or not your choice.We had beers as we waited for our meals. Mich Ultra and Lagunitas. The wait was "1/2 Beer" needless to say we were in for two beers before the burgers🍔🍔 arrived. 😁No complaints here! It's a fun place for fun people. The the food there is yummy and the stuff is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we pass a cheerful evening. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

Great uber-casual Old World Florida classic. Don't expect anything fancy, basic grub and best cheeseburgers on the Island. Approximate wait time posted as "# of beers". Cash only.

We each had a bacon cheeseburger. Also ordered fries and onion rings. The service was great. The burgers were good. The onion rings were a little overdone. The fries were ok. The food was served fast. Skinny's Place has a cool beach vibe mixed with nostalgia.

Very neat and accessible spot. They offer generous meals and for economical rates. I enjoyed the meals a lot and the staff members were super welcoming and chatty. Recommended.

I think one of the best double cheeseburgers we ever had. we really enjoyed the atmosphere being outside. the hamburgers we're gigantic. prices were very reasonable. our server was really nice kid. very satisfied. they a beer special from 3:00 to 6:00pm dollar drafts very popular place. Try it you'll have a good time.

Great place for a Berger and a beer. Stand in line Eat there at a picnic table or take it to the beach. Fast turnover seating. Met nice people. Dog friendly. No credit cards. ATM on site. Look forward to returning.

This mom-and-pop style little burger place is a must if you visit Holmes Beach. The atmosphere is very laid back and it caters to the beach crowd due to its location right across from the beach. The burgers are very flavorful and they offer Happy Hour specials of $1 Bud and Bud Light. Burgers do not come with fries so those are an extra cost. When we ordered we specifically asked how big the side order of fries are and were told it was big enough for two people to share. This was definitely not the case as the side order we thought was actually quite small. Be forewarned, also, that Skinny's Place is a cash-only establishment. We will definitely be returning, though we will make sure to order two sets of fries instead of one. :)

A seriously old school place right across from the public beach. Good burgers, acceptable fries and fantastic onion rings, taste, not quantity. (For the cost I'd expected twice what I got on the rings front.) Indoor & outdoor seating. Order everything at the counter and bring cash because that's all they take. Two double burgers, an order each of fries & onion rings, and two drinks was $32. A bit pricey.

Great place... Very nice atmosphere... Reasonable price... Best burger on the island and happy hour 3 to 6 1$ beer advice... Park across the street at the beach walk across the street... Your car will be fine

Comfortable atmosphere and frosty cold draft mug beer rates a 4 but food is a 3. Plan to go inside to the bar to place order for outside seating. Burgers are soso, maybe 1/4 to 1/3lb patty size for a single. My burger was served med-well (I was not asked and assumed it came well done). Hubby's was almost cooked through. Onion rings seem to be store bought frozen. Fries were pretty good. This is a t-shirt attire place. Dog friendly. Will go back for cold beer but not burgers or onion rings.

GREAT Burgers and Fries just off Holmes Beach. Sit at a picnic table outside and send 1 person in to the bar to order with CASH ONLY. Frosted mugs for the beer drinkers. Ice cold Coke in a Bottle as well. Its crowded/small INSIDE but great atmosphere outside and great food and great service.

Food was terrible! I was looking at the pictures posted on Google and the onion rings that I was served looked nothing like the ones in the pictures. Our onion rings were burnt! I ordered the Spicy Chicken Buffalo Pieces and they were extremely small and dry. Draft beer was water down. Very expensive for what it is. Won't recommended or return.

My girlfriend Maggi and I have been eating Grouper, shrimp, oysters, and scallops for several days while on vacation on Anna Marie Island. We were craving a hamburger, and must have ridin our bicycles by Skinny's at least a dozen times and this time we were ready to stop. The Bacon Cheeseburgers and Onion Rings are top rated now I know why. I Love This Place

Skinny’s Place is delish. Everything here was great! Burger was so good. The fries - honestly I think they are the best I’ve ever had. Eat outside or a few tables inside. Very beachy. Staff is super friendly. Remember they take CASH ONLY.

What can I say about Skinny's Place that hasn't already been said. Great burgers, hot sliver cut french fries and cold beer. What more could you ask for. If your looking for fine dining this is not the place for you. If you just walked off the beach and your looking for good food fast then Skinny's is the place for you. Friendly staff and very casual dining.

The burgers are good, but they taste like they are frozen not fresh patties. The onion rings were good. The fries were alright. They only take cash and they have an ATM on site if you dont have cash. I'm sure they are collecting plenty of fees off of it.

Can be a wait but absolutely worth it. Crispy onion rings are highly recommended, along with a bacon cheeseburger.
